Fairy Raine Retires!

Well, I have something very special to report. Today, we went to the most magnificent party, and it was a very special party indeed. Fairy Raine from Fairy Lane had decided to retire from the party scene and we were very honoured to conduct her retirement/birthday party.
Fairy Raine will be going off to work with Mother Nature, where she is very much needed. You see, Fairy Raine has the wonderful ability of being able to make rain clouds—and with the difficult water situation all around Australia at the moment, Mother Nature has called upon her to come and develop rain clouds to help us all. I think that Fairy Raine will be wonderful at her new job, she proved to us yesterday how talented she is by sending some light showers our way.
Fairy Raine has been entertaining little fairies since 1993 and we were lucky enough yesterday to have some of her beautiful Fairy Princesses, and lots of grown-up fairies come along to her party. Did I mention that it was also her birthday—she had turned 440 years old! The party was at Indigiscapes (Capalaba) which I have heard houses many fairies who come out at night time to play with all the native flora and fauna in the complex. It was a lovely day and we all had so much fun.
On behalf of all of us here at Fairy Queen Productions, we wish Fairy Raine the very best of success in her new role—and we look forward to her joining us here for the occasional party and face painting session!
